Description

Heart Track Entry with Special Effects concept is specially designed to mark the surprise entry of a couple in an Engagement ceremony or Reception.

The vehicle is completely electronically operated.

A 40 feet track is placed on the stage.

The special effects in this entry are the beautiful smoke effect created by the dry ice machine and the sparkling effect created by the Cold fire.

Points

1. Cold fire, Fog effect, and any special effects are not included in this package.
2. Special effects are provided with extra charge. You can buy it from below displayed Add-ons.
3. Special Effect which is provided in inclusions will be provided in this package .
4. Decoration of vehicle with artificial flowers or natural flowers are not included.

Terms

1. All the activities will be booked for the duration mentioned in the Inclusions.
2. The payment needs to be done as per our payment policy.
3. Ensure that the power supply is available to complete setup on time & hassle-free.
4. Give the vendor/Artist sufficient time to set-up your venue.
5. Ensure the required arrangements are in place to execute it on time.
6. Few concepts might need a table, ladder, chairs, plug points based on your selection and venue type. Please cross-check before you place the order.
7. For anything additional which is not mentioned here, you will need to pay extra.
8. If there is any damage to any of the merchandise used for this set-up, you will be billed accordingly.
9. You need to ensure that all necessary permissions/copyrights and authorizations are in place beforehand.
10. Booking does not include any furniture/fixtures. Examples like chairs, tables, carpets, power points, ladder etc.
11. Booking is not inclusive of housekeeping services.
12. Booking also does not include venue royalty charges, maintenance charges, housekeeping charges, power charges, and any other charges that are not specified in this package.
13. We use all the safety precautions, but we are not liable for any casualties arising at any stage.
