ENGAGEMENT RING ENTRY IS A UNIQUE WAY TO EXPRESS YOUR LOVE TOWARDS YOUR FIANCÉ. THIS INCLUDES A BATTERY OPERATED RING ENTRY STRUCTURE WHICH OPENS ONCE IT COMES TO THE CENTRE OF THE STAGE.

THE BRIDE - TO BE TAKES THE RING FROM IT AND THEN PUTS IT ON HER FIANCÉ.

Points

Sufficient space and provision to move and rotate the special entry equipment to set up in the stage area.

Flower decoration does not include in the package. If you required, that can be done from your end. 

Cold firecrackers provided for an extra cost. it will be available in add on's

Dry ice fog/cloud effect is the best combination for special entry. It would buy in add on function

Terms

1. All the activities will be booked for the duration mentioned in the Inclusions.
2. The payment needs to be done as per our payment policy.
3. Ensure that the power supply is available to complete setup on time & hassle-free.
4. Give the vendor/Artist sufficient time to set-up your venue.
5. Ensure the required arrangements are in place to execute it on time.
6. Few concepts might need a table, ladder, chairs, plug points based on your selection and venue type. Please cross-check before you place the order.
7. For anything additional which is not mentioned here, you will need to pay extra.
8. If there is any damage to any of the merchandise used for this set-up, you will be billed accordingly.
9. You need to ensure that all necessary permissions/copyrights and authorizations are in place beforehand.
10. Booking does not include any furniture/fixtures. Examples like chairs, tables, carpets, power points, ladder etc.
11. Booking is not inclusive of housekeeping services.
12. Booking also does not include venue royalty charges, maintenance charges, housekeeping charges, power charges, and any other charges that are not specified in this package.
13. We use all the safety precautions, but we are not liable for any casualties arising at any stage.
