    Inclusions

    2. 2 Balls and 1 stick will be provided for play.
    3. Game will be availed for maximum 4 hrs.

    3. So, we at BTP provide you all the gaming facilities, equipment, and set up on rent, you can book it through our portal at nominal rates.
    4. Mini Golf is a great addition for any party, or camp, school, or corporate function and includes a different green play area.
    5. Each green area has different obstacles to play the game.
    6. One coordinator will set up the game, look after the stall as well as instruct the guests on how to play.

    Points

    1. For this game setup at least 6/12 feet area is needed.
    2. More than 4 hours charge will be extra 1000/ PER HOUR.
    3. The prizes are not included in the package and need to be arranged by you which can be easily bought from our ADD-ONS section for a reasonable price.

    Terms

    1. All the activities will be booked for the duration mentioned in the Inclusions.
    2. The payment needs to be done as per our payment policy.
    3. Ensure that the power supply is available to complete decorations on time & hassle-free.
    4. Give the vendor/Artist sufficient time to set-up your venue.
    5. Ensure the required arrangements are in place to execute it on time.
    6. Few decorations might need a table, ladder, chairs, plug points based on your selection and venue type. Please cross-check before you place the order.
    7. For anything additional which is not mentioned here, you will need to pay extra.
    8. If there is any damage to any of the merchandise used for this set-up, you will be billed accordingly.
    9. You need to ensure that all necessary permissions/copyrights and authorizations are in place beforehand.
    10. Booking does not include any furniture/fixtures. Examples like chairs, tables, carpets, power points, ladder etc.
    11. Booking is not inclusive of housekeeping services.
    12. Booking also does not include venue royalty charges, maintenance charges, housekeeping charges, power charges, and any other charges that are not specified in this package.
    13. We use all the safety precautions, but we are not liable for any casualties arising at any stage.
